This programme started in 2009, and is more ambitious than the other two in that it comprises nine projects managed by four social housing institutions comprising: Drommedaris in Cape Town; Tau Village in Pretoria; Three City Blocks, Strathdon, Howell Heights, and Lakehaven in Durban; Reservoir Mews and Southernwood Square in East London; and Park Towers in Port Elizabeth. The social housing institutions are Communicare, Yeast City Housing, First Metro Housing Company, and Own Haven Housing Association.
