Organisational Structure

The SHRA is organised into three programmes in order to effectively manage human and financial resources around the key mandates of the organisation, namely, regulation, capacitation and investment.

The three programmes, and their functions, are illustrated below:


The organogram of the SHRA aligns with the programme structure. It was approved by the Minister of Human Settlements on 6 December 2016. Each of the programmes is led by an Executive, who reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
